Yes, it is a thing.  It is a Starbucks delight for dogs of any and all sizes and ages!

Julie rarely goes through the “drive through” but today when she was getting a cup of vile thick green liquid that she raves about as splendidly amazing.  YUCK!.

The staff at Starbucks spied me and swiftly brought forth this fluffy cup of sweetened cream.
