The silt bluffs at Valleyview Nature Centre , currently my favourite whooping it up place to run, provides a unique background for the pictures Julie takes.
These silt benches of the area created by an ancient glacial lake leaving grey clay-like deposits eroding away in the wind leave me a multitude of nooks and crannies into which I prance and ridges upon which I can pose.
The grasslands stink of sage left too long in the oven but in the winter the plant’s frozen roots are a treat tasting of licorice.
